Quick Slaw

Quick side dish for 2.

Shred a quarter green or red cabbage into thin slices into a bowl.

Add:

1/8 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup plain yogurt or mayonnaise
cracked black pepper to taste
celery salt to taste
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sesame seeds (optional)

Toss thoroughly.
